Proper nutritional fulfillment since childhood is important in helping health and improving the quality of life of children in the future. The purpose of this study is to determine the nutritional status of preschool children. This study uses a descriptive design with a total sampling technique. The sample consists of 80 preschool children. The results showed that based on the Body Mass Index/Age (BMI/Age), the highest is in the normal nutrition category (53.3%). Based on the Upper Arm Circumference (MUAC), the highest was in the normal/non-wasting category (88.8). Based on the Child's Head Circumference (LKA), the highest is in the normal category (92.5%). It can be concluded that the majority of preschool children at PAUD Yedija Medan have normal nutritional status based on the three indicators of BMI/Age, MUAC, and LKA. Parents and schools are expected to maintain a balanced nutritional intake. It is hoped that schools can collaborate with the Community Health Center to monitor children's growth regularly.
